Welcome to us! 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute caregiver for one of our clients. The client is an 8-year-old boy who lives in Alsike. As a substitute caregiver, you typically work in someone's home, temporarily taking over care responsibilities. As a substitute caregiver, you enable the guardian to have time to relax or carry out activities on their own or with siblings. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in doing something for other people. You approach based on the individual's needs and interests and adapt to situations. You are relationship-building and collaborative. To thrive in your role, it is important that you see each person and understand how important you are in contributing to a meaningful everyday life. It is important that you are both willing to cooperate and confident in yourself—this creates security in your role as a substitute caregiver. Pay form: Hourly wage. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-09-02 immediate, end date: 2026-10-31.
