The role as an employment consultant involves supporting individuals one-on-one or in groups and facilitating and shortening the path to new work or studies.
You will conduct resource assessments, support the creation of application materials, arrange work trial positions, and guide and motivate groups through lectures both in-person and online. You will have the opportunity to be creative and adapt your work to meet each individual's needs, making the work both enjoyable and dynamic.
You have a strong ability to independently plan, administer, and follow up on your work and always deliver with quality.
As a person, you are attentive, flexible, and independent and enjoy variety in your tasks.
Creating relationships and building networks is something you feel comfortable with, and we would like to see that you have a broad network and good knowledge of the local job market. You are experienced in using LinkedIn and social media as professional tools.
To succeed in this role, you need the ability to meet people with different backgrounds and needs, win their trust, and enable them to succeed in entering the job market.

We are looking for both full-time and part-time candidates, with immediate start.
Requirements Profile
Alternative 1
• Education: Higher education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to previous system).
• Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time can also be accepted if the total hours equal full-time work over two (2) years.
Alternative 2
• Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results.
• Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
- Management with personnel responsibility.
- Recruitment.
- Career transition work for job seekers.
- Study and career guidance.
- Handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration).
- Work with employment and labor market issues.
- Work with social and group psychology.
- Career counseling.
• Driver's license and access to a car
• It is a merit if you speak languages other than Swedish
