Are you a skilled and meticulous person with experience in electrical installation? We at Pauder & People are now seeking a skilled electrician for an exciting assignment with our client in Lidhult. In this role, you will be employed by Pauder & People but work on-site at the client location in Lidhult. About the Work As an electrician, you'll be part of a team that assembles mechanical and electrical components in products. Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure the delivery of the highest quality products through close and effective collaboration. You'll work hands-on with practical tasks, such as screwing connectors and assembling cabinets with electrical equipment. All assembly work follows clear instructions. Your daily tasks include: • Assembly and wiring of electrical components. • Extensive schematic reading. • Work based on circuit and single-line diagrams. • Use and handling of various hand tools. Your Profile and Experience To succeed in this role, we see you as a solution-focused, responsible, and meticulous team player who enjoys practical craftsmanship. We're looking for someone who has: • Secondary education with an electrical specialization. • At least two years of professional experience as an electrician or electrical installer. • Good experience reading electrical schematics and the ability to understand and wire according to circuit and single-line diagrams. • Basic computer skills. • Good knowledge of Swedish (you should be able to communicate clearly, understand others, and easily read and comprehend written instructions). It's a plus if you have: • A Traverskort (for certain specific assignments, this may be a requirement).
