You will work as a wood and metalworking teacher in grades 3–9. The school is a calm and popular F-9 school located in pleasant and functional facilities with proximity to nature.
A general plan is in place, but you may need to do some planning yourself. The assignment starts in August and runs through the entire school year, with the possibility of extension. The position is approximately 80%. Working hours Monday to Friday.
Job Description
As a wood and metalworking teacher, you will:
· Conduct and follow up on instruction. There is ready-made material and support available at the school.
· Contribute to a safe learning environment where students feel seen and motivated.
· Work in close dialogue with colleagues and school leadership.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has
· Experience teaching or other work with children and teenagers.
· Experience in wood and metalworking or equivalent experience in, for example, the construction industry.
· Strong collaboration skills and a professional approach to your work.
· Good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
We place great importance on personal suitability. You need to be flexible, clear, and confident in your leadership role.
