About the Company Do you want to work in a technical and development-focused role in a modern production environment? Vink is now seeking a CNC operator who wants to contribute to high quality and efficient manufacturing processes. Job Description As a CNC operator, you are responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines to ensure efficient production with high and consistent quality. You work from drawings and technical documentation, perform tool changes and adjustments, and follow up and inspect manufactured parts using measurement techniques. When needed, you troubleshoot and correct production deviations and perform programming or adjustments in CNC programs. The role also includes responsibility for daily machine maintenance and working proactively to maintain order, safety, and quality in production. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you are meticulous and have a strong quality focus in everything you do. You are technically minded, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility for your work. The role requires that you can work independently but also collaborate well with colleagues in production. You are flexible, adaptable, and have the ability to handle changes and new work tasks in a professional manner. In addition, we would like to see that you have: - Secondary education in industry/technology or equivalent experience - Experience working as a CNC operator - Good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques - Basic knowledge of CNC programming - Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Merits: - Experience with CAD/CAM, preferably Fusion 360 - Experience with more advanced CNC programming - Forklift and/or overhead crane certification - Experience with LEAN and improvement work Does this sound interesting?
