About the Position Are you a CNC operator with milling experience and an eye for quality? Then you might be the person we're looking for at our client in Tumba. As a CNC miller, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC-controlled milling machines. You will ensure that the machines are properly rigged and that the correct tools and cutting parameters are used for each component. The work also includes reading blueprints, measuring, and performing quality control to ensure that manufactured parts meet the correct dimensions and tolerances. You will handle tool changes, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed. An important part of the role is also contributing to an efficient production flow, maintaining an organized workplace, and actively working on quality and continuous improvements. Working hours are day shift. Start date to be agreed upon. Your Profile We are looking for someone who: - Has several years of experience in CNC milling - Can read and understand technical drawings - Has good knowledge of measurement techniques and tolerances - Is thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious - Experience with 3- and 5-axis CNC milling is a plus. You have good experience setting up and rigging CNC machines and working from CAD/CAM documentation. - Experience with relevant control systems is a plus.
