Svenska Hjältar AB is growing and is now looking for dedicated store security officers who want to join our team. As a store security officer, you'll work to prevent theft and create a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff. The work demands high judgment, responsibility, and professional conduct. No two days are the same, and you'll work in close collaboration with skilled colleagues and some of Sweden's largest retail chains. We're looking for someone who: Is approved by the County Administrative Board to work for an authorized security company. Has security guard training VU1/VU2 (a plus). Has experience as a store security officer or within the security industry (a plus). Is calm, confident, and can make quick decisions under pressure. Has strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Is responsible, flexible, and has excellent teamwork abilities. Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
