About the Role We are now seeking engaged junior sales representatives for our client in the automotive industry, with a start as soon as possible. The position begins as a trainee, where you'll receive a solid introduction to both sales and the automotive industry. Through internal training, hands-on learning, and daily coaching from experienced leaders, you'll get the tools you need to succeed and develop in the role. As a car sales representative, you'll work with proactive sales via telephone and play a central role in driving business forward. You'll contact both new and existing customers, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions with a focus on quality and long-term customer relationships. You'll be involved in the entire sales process and have the opportunity to work with one of the market's leading car brands. The position is located at one of our client's facilities in northern Stockholm. Working hours are daytime Monday–Friday plus every other weekend. Your Profile We're looking for someone at the beginning of their career who has the desire, energy, and drive to succeed in sales. To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you: Are communicative, engaged, and enjoy meeting people Are goal-oriented, self-driven, and have strong inner motivation Have an interest in cars (a merit but not a requirement) Have good computer and telephone skills and quickly learn new systems You speak and write Swedish fluently and have a category B driver's license. Application and Start Date This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are daytime Monday–Friday, with shifts varying between 7 AM–4 PM and 9 AM–6 PM. You'll receive a secure employment contract with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will be by your side throughout your journey, supporting you toward a successful career.
