Arvidsjaur Mark & Anläggning is now seeking paving workers for the asphalt season. We're looking for someone with previous experience working with asphalt or as a senior earthworks operator. About the Position We're looking for someone who is hardworking, responsible, and enjoys practical outdoor work. If you have experience with asphalt, that's a strong asset. If you've previously worked with grading and preparation for paving, we'd consider that a plus as well. Your tasks may include: Asphalt paving and overlay work Grading and preparation prior to asphalt laying Operation of rollers and other machinery The roles may vary depending on experience and project. The right candidate will have opportunities to develop skills in multiple areas. Work hours are Monday through Friday. Shorter travel distances and overnight stays may occur. What We're Looking For You're practically minded and enjoy physical work You have strong work ethic and enjoy working at a fast pace Requirements Class B driver's license Good Swedish (spoken and written) Merits Experience with asphalt work Class C or CE driver's license Road work experience Experience with earthworks and grading Machinery experience and roller operation Start: By agreement Scope: Full-time Location: Arjeplog Selection: Rolling basis To apply, use the "Apply for this job" button below.
