The preschool is divided across two floors for children ages 1-5. We are a literature-focused preschool, which means we work with a year-long fairy tale as the foundation for education. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking an experienced child care worker for a substitute/relief position at our preschool. The assignment consists of covering for absent staff and providing relief during planning time. As a person, you are positive, flexible, and have strong collaboration skills. You enjoy working with the child at the center, meeting and considering the children's different circumstances and needs in a good and adapted way. You are courageous and dare to address dilemmas that go against our values. You express yourself well in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
