Authorized Ukrainian Interpreter

We are seeking a person authorized by Kammarkollegiet as an interpreter in Ukrainian and who has completed two foundational trainings as a contact interpreter (Ukrainian and Russian respectively) under the supervision of the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education (MyH). The person must have extremely proficient skills in Swedish, Ukrainian, and Russian. Additionally, the person must speak English fluently. Knowledge of Polish and Spanish is also required. The person must have experience working with various Swedish government agencies such as the Prison and Probation Service, the Swedish Tax Agency, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Public Employment Service, etc. Furthermore, the person must have worked with both general courts and administrative courts, preferably at multiple levels (District Court/Court of Appeal/Supreme Court and/or Administrative Court/Administrative Court of Appeal/Supreme Administrative Court). This is a requirement and the person must be able to provide documentation upon request. The person must also have experience undertaking interpreting assignments in detention facilities and at detention hearings and must therefore complete assignments without access to digital aids. A requirement is that the person feels comfortable translating documents in the languages mentioned above. The person must have lived in Sweden for at least six (6) years. Furthermore, we require that the person has knowledge of auditing - particularly accounting - and that the person can work in Fortnox. The person should also have experience in teaching within, among other things, the interpreting profession and language instruction. The person must have good computer skills as administrative tasks may be included. The salary is 47,000 kr/month with opportunity for salary increase.
