About the Role
As an esthetician with us, you will have a varied and developmental role where you:
• Plan and perform high-quality treatments.
• Guide customers to the right products and customize treatment plans.
• Manage bookings and contribute to a pleasant customer experience.
• Help with cleaning and ordering to keep the salon in top shape.
Because we are a small, close-knit team, you may occasionally help in other parts of the business. This could mean picking up merchandise, helping customers in the store, or working the register. We view this as an opportunity to contribute and make a difference for colleagues and customers – part of the joy of being part of our team!
Please note: The role may also involve other responsibilities as needed.
The position is full-time (100%), and evening and weekend work is expected. Start date as soon as possible.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is:
• Socially competent and has an easy time connecting with customers.
• Independent but also a team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Organized, punctual, and mindful of the importance of safety and quality.
• Service-minded with an eye for detail and order.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Your Background
• You are a certified esthetician, Cidesco-approved and a member of SHR.
• Experience is a plus and highly valued.
