We're now seeking a personal assistant on a part-time basis for day/evening and weekend shifts with one of our clients. The position is approximately 65% of full-time, with the possibility of working more as needed. Starting in September, we will also likely need 1 person to work a 12-hour shift (08.00-20.00) every other weekend, plus additional hours as needed. Our client is an active young woman who works at a day activity center with a focus on singing and music. She has several different leisure interests beyond singing and music, including sports. Our client has developmental disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. She lives in her own apartment in central Uppsala. Work Hours Part-time approximately 65% Day/evening Weekends We're Looking for Someone Who Is calm, secure, and stable Enjoyed structure and clear routines Has a pedagogical approach Enjoys active work Works well with others and builds trust easily Experience with personal assistance, developmental disabilities, autism, and epilepsy is a plus – but personal suitability and interpersonal chemistry are decisive for the position.
