Supervisor in Security Services – Operational Leadership with Responsibility
We are now seeking an engaged and confident supervisor who wants to take responsibility for the daily operational running of our security operations.
As a supervisor, you are a key person in the organization. You lead and support our employees in their daily work and ensure that our assignments are completed with high quality, a good work environment, and in accordance with applicable agreements.

Desirable qualifications:
Security Guard training (VU1 + VU2) and valid County Administrative Board approval
Experience from the security industry
Your Responsibilities
Lead and distribute daily work
Responsible for staffing and operational planning
Provide close support to staff
Ensure quality, work environment, and regulatory compliance
Handle customer dialogue on operational matters
Report and collaborate with site manager/operations manager
Act commercially and contribute to good customer relations and business results
