Aura Train & Rail is a new and specialized business area within Aura Personal, created to meet the growing needs of the rail and railway industry for the right expertise – now and in the long term. We are currently looking for experienced train technicians based in Stockholm!
As a train technician, you are an important part of a team that ensures trains operate safely and efficiently. You will work with everything from preventive maintenance and service to advanced troubleshooting and repairs. You will document technical deviations and actions, collaborate closely with colleagues – but also work well independently.
Your tasks will include:
Service, repair, and maintenance of trains
Troubleshooting in mechanics, electrical, and electronics
Reporting and documentation in technical systems
Participating in improvement efforts around safety and quality
Shift work is required – operations run 24/7, year-round. Working hours and scheduling will be adapted as much as possible to your expertise and life situation.
We are looking for someone who:
Has several years of experience as a train technician
Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Is thorough, organized, and solution-oriented
Works well taking responsibility and collaborating both independently and in a team
Meritorious:
Strong electrical expertise (AC/DC, troubleshooting, schematic reading)
