Aura Train & Rail is a new and specialized business area within Aura Personal, created to meet the growing needs of the train and railway industry for the right expertise – here and now, and over time. Right now, we're looking for experienced train technicians positioned in Gothenburg!
As a train technician, you're an important part of a team that ensures trains run safely and efficiently. You'll work with everything from preventive maintenance and service to advanced troubleshooting and repairs. You'll document technical deviations and measures, collaborate closely with colleagues – but also feel comfortable working independently.
Job responsibilities include:
Service, repair and maintenance
Troubleshooting in mechanics, electrical and electronics
Reporting and documentation in technical systems
Participating in improvement work around safety and quality
Shift work occurs – operations run 24/7, year-round. Working hours and arrangements are adapted as much as possible to your expertise and life situation.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a few years of experience as a train technician
Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Is thorough, structured and solution-oriented
Enjoys taking responsibility and working both independently and in a team
Meritorious:
Strong electrical competence (AC/DC, troubleshooting, schematic reading)
