About Attendo Bättringsvägen Attendo is now seeking a Group Manager (temporary position) for Bättringsvägen. Attendo Bättringsvägen is a residential care facility for seniors located in Råcksta in western Stockholm. We are a lifestyle residence with a focus on Culture & Entertainment. The facility features 58 apartments distributed over 2 floors with the possibility of couple housing, with a focus on somatic care and dementia care. About the Group Manager Role As a Group Manager, your primary responsibility is to coach and actively work in daily care operations together with the team. The role involves present and supportive leadership in the facility, where a significant portion of your work involves working with our customers. You hold personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and participate in developing and assuring quality of operations in accordance with Attendo's approach and values. You have a Group Manager colleague, and together you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. As Group Manager, you report to the Operations Manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group. Key Responsibilities Guide and work in daily care operations together with the team. Responsible for daily operations and planning on your department/floor for your team. Personnel responsibility: Staffing, onboarding new employees, development discussions. Participate in developing and assuring quality of operations. Who Are You? Qualifications Requirements: • Trained nursing assistant or equivalent professional experience, preferably in senior care • Good computer skills • Excellent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form Merits: Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning Experience in senior care What Can We Offer You?
