Within the Functional Support Department in Lomma Municipality, we work based on each individual's needs and use proven methods and approaches. We welcome your application. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES At group homes and service apartments, we offer support to adults who need supervision and care. Our residences consist of a small number of apartments with access to common areas. Staff support the user's entire support needs, including leisure and cultural interests. Care tasks occur. The residences are staffed 24/7. At daily activities, we support adults in finding meaningful occupation—a place where users go to work. This activity is open on weekdays during daytime. At short-term supervision and short-term stays, children and young people come for an opportunity for environmental change and recreation and to provide relief to relatives. We have children and young people who are there during the day but also those who stay overnight. The activity is open day, evening, and night. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is 18 years or older and has upper secondary education. Perhaps you are studying social work and want to test the practical side—you are welcome to apply to us. If you are curious about trying to work in LSS activities, you are welcome to apply. It is advantageous if you have studied care work, children and recreation, or other education in the disability field. You must have computer skills and be able to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Having a B driver's license is advantageous. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Working hours vary depending on placement. Day, evening, night, weekends, and on-call duty. We require an extract from the criminal record for employment. We conduct continuous selection.
