Job Information Professionals Nord is now launching this successful program for the second time in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we shape the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required in the role of Refrigeration Technician. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for Indoor for at least 18 months. The goal is then for your employment to transition to Indoor, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Job Information As a Refrigeration Technician at Indoor, you become part of a team of 12 great colleagues. In the role, you will have extensive contact with customers and work with most aspects of refrigeration, from maintenance, service, and renovations to investigations, troubleshooting, and recommendations for action on customers' various installations. Each assignment varies in scope and you will work in many different types of environments, for example, small restaurant kitchens to large industries or property management companies. The role also includes extensive documentation and reporting in systems. You are responsible for your own customers and have great freedom in the role while receiving close support from knowledgeable colleagues with broad expertise in various areas. To give you the right conditions in the role, you will initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually learn the organization, the customers, and the different types of installations you work with. You will have access to a vehicle and will drive to your customers' sites yourself once you are settled in the role.
