We're expanding our wonderful team of personal assistants in Åkersberga—are you the person we're looking for? We are now seeking personal assistants for a cheerful and social man in his 40s. He's a curious guy who enjoys being outdoors and staying active. He has an autism diagnosis and is blind. To succeed in this role, you need to be a calm and secure person. Who are you? We would appreciate it if you have experience with low-arousal care approaches, as you will use this extensively in your daily work. Experience and training are merits, but the greatest weight will be placed on your personal suitability. You will become part of a team of experienced and dedicated assistants, and you will be offered supervision if needed. You are flexible and speak and understand Swedish. What kind of position is this? Work shifts are primarily scheduled for evenings and nights, and on-call work is included in your shifts. You will also work on weekends.
