JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for someone who wants to strengthen our veterinary staffing at our clinic. We have a workplace where the goal is for everyone to thrive at work and thereby have the right conditions to do a good job.

Working with us, you'll never be bored. We have highly stimulating and varied work. During daytime, we work with roughly equal parts horses, production animals, and small animals, while horses dominate during on-call time. In this position, you will primarily focus on fieldwork.
On-call duty is a natural part of the position, and we work according to a model that ensures recovery and rest. We constantly work to develop and improve on-call service with a focus on recovery. During on-call time, there's always the opportunity to consult with colleagues in the organization. We care about our work environment!
QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone with Swedish veterinary license and a class B driver's license, which is required for this position. If you're newly graduated, that's fine with us. Previous experience with on-call duty and work experience with horses is considered an advantage.
As a veterinarian, you take responsibility for driving your work forward. You take active initiative in social settings, step up, and find it easy to build new relationships. You easily put yourself in others' situations, listen, understand, and show consideration. Furthermore, you work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, complete what you start, and meet deadlines.
You are calm and stable, handle any stress constructively, and maintain a good mood under pressure and setbacks.
