WE ARE RECRUITING A HEALTHCARE SECTOR MANAGER – doctor's assistant at the "Jelgava" branch (indefinite period, full-time)
Requirements for candidates:
Higher or secondary professional education; doctor's assistant qualification;
health care professional registration;
focus on results and solution-seeking;
ability to make independent and development-oriented decisions;
ability to manage a team, take initiative and responsibility;
good communication, independent work and teamwork skills;
good computer skills (MS Office environment), electronic correspondence, internet and office equipment operation;
management experience of at least 1 year;
valid electronic signature.
Main duties:
Manage the healthcare sector work, monitor the quality of care and healthcare work;
ensure and be responsible for the procurement and use of medicines, hygiene products, psychotropic and narcotic substances, medical and care materials in accordance with the procedures established in regulatory acts, and update them if necessary;
assist the doctor during client examinations, coordinate timely referrals to scheduled examinations and to healthcare specialists;
ensure compliance with basic hygiene and anti-epidemic regime requirements, conduct inspections.
We offer:
Salary from EUR 1,602 – EUR 1,882 (gross) depending on professional experience and competencies, during the trial period up to EUR 1,637 depending on experience and professional skills in state or municipal administration, after the trial period average salary EUR 1,742;
standard reduced working hours (35 hours per week);
health insurance after 3 months of employment;
10% bonus for work related to special hazards and good working conditions;
