Your main responsibilities are:
Design of injection molding tools for plastic components
Technical requirement specification and dialogue with internal and external parties
Optimization of tools for quality, cycle time, and lifespan
Participation in continuous improvement work in the department and related functions
The person we are looking for has solid experience in complex design, preferably from tool design. You have good knowledge and understanding of 3D modeling and have worked with one of the major CAD programs. You are quick to grasp new projects, have good organizational skills, and are meticulous. To thrive and fit in at Preformance, you are an unpretentious team player who enjoys high ceilings and fast-paced days. You are experienced with office applications and business systems, speak and write fluent Swedish and English, and work according to the principle of right in, right out. Experience with Top Solid and working with injection molding is a merit.
The work location is at the Preformance facility in Öggestorp.
