We are also a reseller of premium tools from leading manufacturers in Europe, North America, and Japan. We are a smaller company with short decision-making processes and close collaboration among all employees. Now we're looking for a new colleague who wants to develop together with us. Our product range includes around 200 different products, mainly manufactured in small batches. Some are produced for inventory while others are made directly for customer orders. The combination of a broad range and customized solutions means that workdays vary and no week looks quite like the previous one. With us, there is no assembly line and no monotonous mass production. You become involved in the entire manufacturing process and work with products where quality, precision, and professional pride are always in focus. Duties Your responsibilities will include: Welding Manual turning Manual milling Cutting Drilling Assembly Manufacturing products according to drawings Since a large part of our production is based on current customer orders, the tasks naturally vary. This requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in workshop work. If you have experience with CNC machining, that's a merit, but not a requirement. You have experience in workshop work and strong welding skills. You appreciate varied work where you get to think independently, take responsibility, and use your full competence.
