Do you want to work in a varied workshop environment where quality, teamwork, and responsibility are in focus? We are now looking for a workshop operator who wants to become an important part of production. Whether you have previous experience from a workshop environment or are at the beginning of your career with the right attitude, this could be an exciting opportunity to develop with a company that values commitment and the willingness to learn.
About the Position
As a workshop operator, you will work with post-processing of components and help ensure that products maintain high quality before moving forward in the process. The role is important for creating an efficient production flow and freeing up time for more specialized resources in the operation. Working hours are during daytime.
Your main tasks will include:
Tumbling of components
Grinding and grading
Post-processing of laser- and water-cut components
Simple quality inspections
Finalizing products
Other workshop work as needed
You will become part of a small company where collaboration, flexibility, and personal responsibility are a natural part of everyday work. Here, people help each other where needed and work together to reach production goals.
About You
We are looking for someone who is practical-minded, thorough, and enjoys working with your hands. You have a positive attitude toward work, take responsibility for your tasks, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace.
To thrive in this role, we see that you are self-driven, have a strong work ethic, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves where needed. Previous experience from a workshop or production environment is a merit, but we place great importance on personal qualities and the willingness to learn.
Formal Qualifications
Experience from workshop, industry, or production
Experience with grinding, grading, or post-processing
Experience with quality inspections
Experience working with hand tools and workshop machinery
Forklift certification
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
