As Service Manager, you are responsible for creating and developing a profitable workshop with high quality, efficient processes, and top-class customer satisfaction. The role involves overall responsibility where you both manage the operation and are involved in the daily operations.
In the role, you will, among other things:
- Lead and develop the workshop's operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Be a key person in the workshop's expansion journey by combining operational leadership with a strong business and development focus.
- Be responsible for and support the workshop's technicians in their daily work.
- Ensure a high level of service and create long-term satisfied customers.
- Handle administrative tasks and plan the operation's resources.
You are responsible for our workshop in Umeå, where we work with both our own purchased and sold vehicles as well as external customer cars. We are also an authorized workshop for MG.
Your Profile
We are looking for an engaged leader who is motivated by developing both people and operations. You work in a structured and thorough manner while having the ability to make decisions and create engagement around you. We also value that you have a strong customer focus and an ability to build long-term customer relationships.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
- Experience in the aftermarket within the automotive industry.
- Experience with personnel responsibility and operations management.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good administrative experience.
- Class B driver's license.

Niemi Bil is one of Sweden's fastest-growing companies in the automotive industry, and the largest on the market for used cars in northern Sweden. We currently have five facilities that together help create success for one another. Today we are located in Umeå, Uppsala, Skellefteå, Kiruna, Gävle, and Luleå where our headquarters is.
