About the Position As a workshop manager at J BIL, you have overall responsibility for the workshop's daily operations, results, and development. You lead a team of technicians, customer service representatives, and other employees, ensuring that the workshop delivers high quality, efficiency, and a world-class customer experience. You work both operationally and strategically with a focus on creating a positive work environment, driving improvements, and ensuring that our processes follow J BIL's high standards. Your Main Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the workshop team Responsible for planning, scheduling, and resource optimization Monitor key performance indicators, quality, and customer satisfaction Ensure that routines, work environment, and safety requirements are followed Drive improvement initiatives and contribute to J BIL's development Collaborate with the sales department and customer service for the best possible overall experience We're Looking for You If You Have experience in a leadership role in the automotive industry, preferably as a workshop manager or team leader Have good technical understanding and experience with workshop operations Are a confident leader who motivates, engages, and builds teams Are business-minded and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction Have good communication skills and thrive in a role with many points of contact A Class B driver's license is required.
