About the Position As Workshop Manager at Palfinger, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our service workshop in Jordbro. You lead a team of skilled mechanics and ensure that work is planned, distributed, and executed with high quality and good customer experience. The role is operational, meaning you both lead and participate in the work when needed. You work closely with customers, colleagues, and suppliers and have an important role in developing the business forward. Your main areas of responsibility: Responsible for daily workshop operations Lead, motivate, and develop the team Distribute and plan work orders and resources Ensure that PALFINGER's quality standards are met Maintain a safe and pleasant work environment Maintain continuous customer contact and ensure good service Budget, personnel, and results responsibility We're Looking for Someone Who Has experience leading in a technical or workshop-focused environment. You are confident in making decisions, enjoy working close to operations, and are not afraid to pitch in practically when needed. As a person, you are positive, unpretentious, and genuinely interested in seeing both people and business grow.
