Motonet is a leading player in vehicle-related retail and service with a strong position in Finland. With a broad product range, high availability, and a clear customer focus, the company has grown into an appreciated destination for both private customers and professional clients.
Now Motonet is continuing its establishment in Sweden with the ambition to develop a strong offering where the store and workshop collaborate to make car ownership easier and create a seamless customer experience. The expansion offers exciting opportunities for you who want to be part of shaping, developing, and influencing the business.
Have you always dreamed of starting your own workshop? Then Motonet has the opportunity for you!
We are looking for a person who wants to build and establish a vehicle workshop, create a strong team, and develop a profitable workshop business. Here you get the opportunity to leave your mark on the business and become an important part of Motonet's continued establishment in Sweden.
About the role
As a workshop owner, you will have a key role in Motonet's continued establishment in Sweden. You are responsible for building and developing your workshop in Örebro together with Motonet's organization. You recruit and develop your own team, implement working methods and processes, and lay the foundation for a business characterized by quality, professionalism, and a strong customer focus.
This is a role for someone who is motivated by building, creating, developing, and improving – and who sees business opportunities where others see challenges. The role is equally about people as it is about business. You are responsible for developing a profitable workshop operation through high service quality, satisfied customers, and a professional approach. You build long-term customer relationships, identify opportunities to develop the business, and actively contribute to strengthening Motonet's local offering.
An important part of the assignment is also to create close collaboration between your workshop and the store. With a shared focus on the customer, you create a seamless and attractive overall experience where the workshop's services and the store's offerings complement and strengthen each other.
Once the business is established, you continue to develop it with full responsibility for people, business, and results. You run your workshop with responsibility for daily operations, business goals and key metrics, and ensure that it develops in line with Motonet's ambitions and long-term growth in Sweden.
Who are you?
You are a natural leader who thrives when you combine people, business, and development. You have experience from the automotive industry, where you have either run or led a workshop or other service business with responsibility for staff, budget, and results. Above all, you are driven by building businesses, developing operations, creating strong teams, and achieving good results. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and don't wait for someone else to solve problems. You see opportunities, take initiative, and make things happen. At the same time, you are a present leader who builds trust and helps people grow.
To succeed in this role, we also believe you have:
A strong entrepreneurial drive with a natural business sense
A structured working style and ability to prioritize
A strong customer focus and natural commitment to service
A professional approach and ability to develop the business
A strong interest in developing both teams and individuals
Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Good system and computer skills
A valid driver's license (category B)
