About Us In our Business Development & Change Management group, you will play an important role in creating the best conditions for the Meter Management department to meet the needs of the market, customers, and stakeholders – both today and in the future. We translate strategies into concrete results by driving development initiatives and continuous improvements in customer journeys, processes, systems, and data flows. We are one of eight groups within Meter Management and together we are responsible for ensuring that E.ON's meters and meter readings in Sweden maintain the highest possible quality. Your Role As a Business Development Manager, you will have a central role in developing future working methods, processes, and solutions. You identify improvement opportunities, drive change initiatives, and ensure that the business is prepared for future requirements and opportunities. With a focus on digitalization and automation, you contribute to creating sustainable, efficient, and innovative working methods. In this role, you will serve as the coordinating business development manager for the Meter Technology and Logistics and Contract Management groups. You coordinate development initiatives between the groups and function as important support and a sounding board in the collaboration between the business and our system experts. You will also have a leading role in a larger development project related to our future Maintenance System within Meter Technology. Here you are responsible for gathering and clarifying the business's needs, defining requirements for solutions, and coordinating the development of a new system that will support maintenance work for our meter equipment in the field. This is a temporary position for approximately 1 year, starting from November 2026. Possible work locations for this position are Malmö, Norrköping, or Hässleholm. Your Experience We would like you to have a few years of experience from roles such as business development manager, change manager, project manager, or similar, and feel confident leading or coordinating projects and development initiatives. At the same time, the most important thing is that you have a strong interest in business development and a willingness to develop in the role during the temporary assignment. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of meter installation and inspection in the OFSC system, experience with change management, and experience supporting specialists and experts in development and change work.
