We are now seeking a Business Development Manager with passion and knowledge to continue developing our operations and be an integral part of our work in transforming healthcare. Job Responsibilities As a Business Development Manager, you will work within two operational areas: Rehabilitation for Children and Youth, which has ten clinics, and Rehabilitation for Adults, which has four clinics in Västra Götaland. These operational areas work closely together. As a Business Development Manager, you will be organizationally reporting to the Operations Manager and will be part of the management team. Your work will involve supporting the Operations Managers in strategic efforts to achieve established goals. In consultation with the Operations Managers, you will drive, implement, and coordinate the operations' work regarding quality development, patient safety, production planning, digitalization, and logistics. Your work occurs in close collaboration with other business development managers and development functions, R&D functions, knowledge organization, as well as with unit managers and employees. Qualifications We are seeking someone with at least three years of relevant higher education within a licensed profession. Formal competence in quality-driven business development education, equivalent to 15-30 credits, is a merit, as is experience in project and development work. We also value experience in the rehabilitation field. We would like you to have training in risk and incident analysis work and experience with deviation management in Medcontrol Pro as well as knowledge of the web application Nitha. You should have a willingness to lead employees and managers through change and a genuine interest in process development and business development.
