Business Development Manager at Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan with office responsibility in Ulricehamn For SV Southeast & Sjuhärad, we are seeking a driven Business Development Manager who wants to help develop the organization and operations at SV's divisional office in Ulricehamn. You will have office responsibility and drive operations within four focus areas such as: Association Development, Accessibility Rights, Rural Development, and Integration in Ulricehamn and in some cases in other municipalities. The position is results-driven and permanent full-time at 100%. Some work may occur evenings and weekends. Your Challenges: As a business development manager in Ulricehamn, you will have primary responsibility for SV's focus areas and the office located in the city center. The role is outward-facing where you have extensive contact with municipal representatives, associations, and study circle leaders. Your team will consist of colleagues from across the division. You participate in projects from start to completion and ensure together with your colleagues that you reach your set goals and deliver with the highest quality. You may also be involved in applying for and driving various projects that contribute to SV's long-term development. You are passionate about adult education and have strong commitment to creating value and contributing to operations development and process improvement. You are flexible as a person and have the ability to manage multiple parallel projects. Your Qualifications: Relevant higher education and extensive experience in adult education and mission-driven operations. Previous experience with operations development and ability to drive change work – preferably within similar operational areas. Documented experience leading and successfully applying for project funding. Merits: knowledge and experience within IT and administrative systems development.
