Program Development Manager at Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan in Borås

We are seeking a driven Program Development Manager to contribute your energy, knowledge, and expertise to SV Southeast & Seven District's divisional office in Borås. You will primarily work within four focus areas including: Association Development, Accessibility, Rural Areas, and Integration in Borås and in some cases other municipalities. The position is goal-oriented and permanent full-time at 100%. Some work may occur in evenings and on weekends. Your Challenges: As a program development manager in Borås, you will share responsibility for SV's focus areas and the office located in the city center. The role is outward-facing with frequent contact with municipal representatives, associations, and activity leaders. Your team will consist of colleagues from across the division. You will participate in projects from start to finish and work with your colleagues to ensure you achieve your set goals and deliver with the highest quality. You may also be involved in applying for and managing various projects that contribute to SV's long-term development. You are flexible as a person and have the ability to manage multiple parallel projects. Your Qualifications: Relevant higher education and extensive experience in adult education and mission-driven activities. Previous experience with program development and ability to drive change initiatives—preferably within similar activity areas. Documented experience leading and successfully applying for project funding. Meritorious: knowledge and experience in IT and administrative systems development.
