Job Responsibilities In your role as a business development officer within the education administration, you will work broadly with analysis, development, and qualified support to the operations and its managers. The assignment involves both strategic and operational work in close collaboration with management and operations. Examples of job responsibilities: Respond to Referrals You prepare and respond to referrals from, for example, other municipal authorities and government agencies. The work involves analyzing proposals, gathering input from affected operations, and formulating well-founded statements. Conduct Investigations You plan and conduct qualified investigations within the school's area of operations. This includes collecting and analyzing data, monitoring the external environment, and developing conclusions and recommendations to support decision-making. Lead Change Projects You drive and lead development and change projects, from initiation through implementation and follow-up. This could involve improving work methods, implementing new governance documents, or developing the operations' quality and efficiency. Prepare Decision-Making Materials You prepare structured and clear decision-making materials for, for example, political committees. Provide Support and Advice You function as qualified support and advisor to administration management, managers, and operations in matters concerning governance, follow-up, development, and quality within the school sector. Qualifications • University degree, preferably in social science, political science, or law, or another field that the employer deems relevant. • Work experience in similar assignments corresponding to 5 years. Meritorious experience includes: • Investigation and analysis work within public operations. • Preparation of decision-making materials for management, committees, or equivalent decision-makers. • Quality, development, or management-related work within schools or the education sector.
