Program Developer with a Focus on Public Education - NBV South (Vimmerby)

You'll have the opportunity to build and develop study circles and other public education activities together with people, organizations, and our member and partner organizations. About the Role As a program developer at NBV, you work with the entire process – from idea and initial contact to completed study circle or other public education activity. You have significant responsibility for creating and developing activities based on local needs and initiatives, while collaborating with colleagues, organizations, and other stakeholders. You will, among other things: • develop study circles and other public education activities based on local needs, ideas, and initiatives • create and develop partnerships with organizations, member organizations, and other local actors • serve as a support person and process leader for member and partner organizations • recruit and introduce study circle leaders and work to reach and engage participants • plan, follow up, and administer activities, including finances and communication • contribute to activity planning and development together with your colleagues. Your Qualifications We're looking for someone with experience working with people, activities, and relationships. You might, for example, have a background in community organizations, nonprofit work, education, project management, or something similar. You have: • good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel • strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish • good computer skills and experience with digital communication • ability to plan, follow up, and take responsibility for activity finances • a driver's license and the ability to travel within the service area. It is a merit if you have: • experience with public education and study circles • experience with organizational development or nonprofit work • experience leading groups or educational activities • experience with digital public education or activity development through digital platforms • experience with communication and social media in connection with activities.
