About the job
We are now looking for a strategic business development manager focused on developing and strengthening our shared customer experience. This includes responsibility for the whole picture – from analysis and vision to implementation and follow-up. As a business development manager, you will map customer needs, customer journeys and flows, and identify obstacles and areas for improvement. You will also drive change and improvement initiatives to ensure that new working methods are anchored among employees and managers.
The position is in the Customer and Communications unit, which is part of the Common Functions department. The unit has about 20 employees, including communicators, language specialists, graphic designers, and usability experts. There are also two strategic business development managers focused on customer experience.
We are looking for you to play a key role in building and managing the agency's customer experience, so that it meets both today's and tomorrow's needs!

You will
develop and implement the agency's shared customer experience, with a focus on making it uniform, efficient, and customer-driven
design and introduce structures, processes, and working methods that create a coherent and customer-driven approach
prepare materials for strategic decisions and measure the effects of implemented changes using key metrics
collaborate with different departments and units to ensure a complete picture and a common direction.
You must have
an academic degree of at least 180 credits (120 points) in an area relevant to the position, or other post-secondary education that Transportstyrelsen considers equivalent
several years of experience driving strategic business development, with a focus on customer experience and service
very strong ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
It is meritorious if you also have
experience working in public administration or government agency context
knowledge and practical experience in service design
knowledge and practical experience in change management
experience translating visions into concrete, measurable action plans and strategic goals.
We want you to
possess strong analytical abilities and experience working with data to drive change
be driven, structured, and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel
have a listening and relational approach, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with different stakeholders
be able to communicate clearly and adapt your message to different audiences, both in writing and orally.

The employment is permanent with placement in Norrköping. Appointment according to agreement. We normally apply a probationary period. As an employee with us, there is an opportunity to work remotely up to three days per week. The needs of the business and the nature of the work tasks determine whether and to what extent this is possible. An employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security vetting with criminal record check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our work tasks in security classification, Swedish citizenship is required.
