Now we are looking for an operations developer who wants to help develop and ensure quality in our operations in Stockholm.
About the role
As an operations developer, you are responsible for planning, administering, and monitoring Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan's operations in Stockholm.
The focus is on operations within LSS and day activities, where we conduct educational initiatives for people with intellectual disabilities or long-term mental health issues. Assignments in other operational areas may also become relevant.
You work closely with our partners and are responsible for ensuring that operations maintain high quality, comply with the Swedish National Board for Adult Education's regulations, and are conducted with good financial control. You also contribute to developing operations and creating long-term partnerships.

Your responsibilities
You will, among other things:
be responsible for administration, documentation, invoicing, reporting, and operations monitoring
ensure quality in administrative systems and follow our procedures and the Swedish National Board for Adult Education's regulations
plan and conduct educational activities together with day activities and other partners
recruit, introduce, and support circle leaders
develop partnerships with municipalities and other external stakeholders
contribute to the development of operations and increase visibility of Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan's work in Stockholm.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where structure, quality, and collaboration are in focus. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and have an ability to create good relationships.
For this position, we see that you have:
experience in adult education and good knowledge of adult education's mission
very good administrative skills and experience working systematically in digital operations systems
experience in operations monitoring, quality assurance, and working according to regulations or grant conditions
experience with budget, financial, and results responsibility
experience in collaboration with external stakeholders, preferably within the civil society or non-profit sector
good system proficiency.
It is meriting if you have experience with Gustav, Rillion, or similar operations and financial systems.
