We are now recruiting an Operations Developer (Management Systems) to Gävle Mill. You will be part of the Quality and Management Systems section, which is responsible for developing the mill's approach to continuous improvement through management systems and Billerud Production System (BPS).
This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. The position is based on day shifts, Monday–Friday.
In this role, you are responsible for developing and maintaining management systems within quality, environment, energy, occupational health and safety, and food safety. You plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and support operations in process mapping, document management, and operational systems.
The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with managers and employees at the mill, external auditors, and colleagues within Billerud.
In this role you will:
Develop and maintain management systems within quality, environment, energy, occupational health and safety, and food safety.
Plan and conduct internal audits as well as coordinate external audits
Serve as an internal auditor
Responsible for and develop IT support for the operational system for governance documentation
Support operations in process mapping and process management
Provide support and training to managers and employees on management system-related matters
Contribute to development and efficiency improvements in deviation management procedures

Qualifications
To succeed in the role of Operations Developer, you have:
Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience working with IT support for process and document management.
Knowledge of management systems and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and FSSC 22000.
Knowledge in process management.
Experience with audits
Meritorious if you have experience of:
Operational management and improvement work
