NBV is now seeking an Operations Developer for Ljungby. You'll have the opportunity to build and develop study circles, cultural events, and other adult education activities together with people, associations, and our member and partner organizations. We're looking for someone who is curious about people and society, has a genuine interest in culture, and wants to create opportunities for people to meet, participate, and develop. About the Role As an Operations Developer at NBV, you'll work with the entire process – from idea and first contact to completed study circle or cultural event. You'll have significant responsibility for creating and developing activities while collaborating with colleagues, associations, and other actors. You will, among other things: develop study circles, cultural programs, and other adult education activities based on local needs and initiatives create and develop partnerships with associations, member organizations, cultural actors, and other local actors serve as a support and process leader for member and partner organizations recruit and introduce study circle leaders and work to reach and engage participants plan, follow up, and administer activities, including finances and communication contribute to activity planning and development together with your colleagues You'll Have Significant Responsibility This is a role for someone who enjoys taking initiative and making things happen. You need to be comfortable with planning, prioritizing, and driving processes from idea to implementation. At the same time, you'll be part of a larger context where you, together with colleagues, associations, and engaged people, create the activities. Who Are You? You are: self-driven, proactive, and good at making things happen organized and experienced in planning and prioritizing confident in leading meetings and speaking to groups curious and open to new ideas and ways of working committed to culture and adult education comfortable combining outward-facing work with administration and follow-up Your Qualifications We're looking for someone with experience working with people, activities, and relationships. For example, you might have a background in association work, nonprofit activities, cultural activities, or something similar. You have: good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish good computer skills and experience with digital communication the ability to plan, follow up, and take responsibility for the organization's finances a driver's license and the ability to travel within the service area It's a merit if you have: experience running cultural projects or organizing events experience with adult education and study circles experience with digital adult education or activity development through digital platforms experience with social media and communication related to activities or events We place great emphasis on personal suitability, engagement, and your willingness to develop adult education together with others.
