We are seeking a business development manager who wants to contribute to the development of FMV's IT operations and strengthen our capabilities in digitalization and business development. Together with an experienced team, you will help create solutions that make an impact – both today and in the future. About the role As a business development manager, you will play a central role in supporting the infrastructure department within IT in FMV's ongoing IT transformation journey. The assignment involves translating strategic objectives and directions into concrete development initiatives that contribute to organizational advancement and long-term strengthened IT capabilities. You will contribute to the development of common working methods, governance and collaboration, as well as strengthen our innovation and change management capabilities. Through a structured approach, you will plan, implement and follow up on development initiatives to ensure they lead to desired business results, contribute to organizational learning, and create conditions for continuous improvement. The role involves close collaboration with both the business and IT functions. You will coordinate and manage cross-functional initiatives where multiple stakeholders and dependencies need to be managed simultaneously. You will provide support on matters concerning prioritization, governance and transformation, and contribute to creating a common situational picture by identifying and visualizing dependencies, risks and organizational shifts in a clear and accessible way. An important part of the assignment is to contribute to developing capabilities in digitalization, artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven working methods from a business and change management perspective. You will also be instrumental in developing agile working methods that strengthen innovation, collaboration and more efficient development work. The position is based in Stockholm. About you We are seeking someone with relevant university education in, for example, business development, change management or project management, or equivalent competence acquired in another way that we consider equivalent. To succeed in this role, you must have current and relevant experience in business development. You have at least a few years of documented experience in driving process improvement in larger process-oriented organizations where you have successfully collaborated with many different stakeholders. You also have experience providing support to management on development and change issues, and planning and delivering educational presentations to various audiences. It is meritorious if you have experience working in a government agency. We also appreciate if you have experience supporting organizations in change management initiatives. Personal qualities are of great importance to us.
