About the position
In your role as Business Development Manager, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating Svenska kraftnät's work on emergency operations and reconstruction. This is an area that is growing and becoming increasingly important going forward. The area needs development and you will be part of that development. You will contribute to the Division Systems preparedness work, which covers power supply across all system operating states and all societal conditions.
The position will also involve you:
Working with a holistic perspective within the area.
Responsibility for contracts and review of supplier reports.
Working on process development within the area and work methods, including distributing responsibility for different sub-areas in the operation.
Responsibility for management of developed processes.
Participating in the unit's work on assignments and investigations.
The role involves a strong focus on developing work methods, processes, and follow-up within the area of emergency operations and reconstruction. You will have the opportunity to influence future work methods while building knowledge within relevant regulations and developing your technical expertise in the area.
The work involves many contact points and close collaboration with different parts of the organization to contribute to a long-term integration of preparedness capability into core operations.
The Resilience and Civil Preparedness Unit directs and coordinates the Division Systems work on civil preparedness with the goal of maintaining a robust and resilient electrical system in all societal conditions. The unit's work forms a coordinated part of Svenska kraftnät's joint preparedness planning.
About you
Mandatory requirements
We are looking for someone who is structured and has the ability to plan and prioritize your work efficiently. You are analytical and enjoy delving into complex issues and contributing to the development of work methods and processes. Since the role involves many contact points, we are looking for someone who is collaboration-oriented and enjoys working together with others. We also see that you are curious and creative, with an interest in testing new work methods and contributing new perspectives.

You also have an engineering degree or equivalent competence acquired in other ways that Svenska kraftnät deems equivalent.
You also have:
5 years of work experience.
Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
Desirable competencies
Work experience from the electrical system/energy sector.
Work experience in preparedness work.
Work experience in process management and/or process development.
Work experience in coordination, project management, and leadership.
Good to know
The position is located in Sundbyberg or Västerås.
Possibility of remote work up to 50% #LI-hybrid.
Travel occurs in this position within Sweden.
