Business Development Manager for IT and Systems Development

We are currently seeking a business development manager with a focus on IT and systems development on behalf of our client. Here you will have the opportunity to combine technical development with close collaboration with the business and contribute to digital solutions that simplify, streamline, and enhance work processes in a technologically advanced environment. In this role, you work at the intersection of IT and business development, where you collaborate with users, specialists, and business managers to identify needs and translate them into sustainable technical solutions. The work encompasses both new development and further development and maintenance of business-critical systems. You will, among other things, develop internal systems and applications, work with APIs and integrations, and contribute within databases, information management, and data quality. Another important part of the role is to identify manual workflows that can be automated and to participate in architecture and design decisions for future solutions. You also contribute to the development of business-focused IT and OT environments and collaborate with both internal functions and external suppliers. We are looking for you who: Have experience with systems development and an interest in understanding the business behind technical solutions. Have experience within several of the following areas: OT environments, systems management, automation and digitalization, information security, Power Platform, Fabric, Power BI, Azure, or other modern cloud platforms. Have the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Fluently master Swedish and English in both speech and writing. It is meritorious if you: Have experience with SQL and database development. Have worked with API development and integrations. Have experience with Git and CI/CD. Have worked with business analysis or requirements management. Have experience from regulated or security-critical operations. You like to take responsibility and drive your work forward while appreciating collaboration with people from different areas of expertise. Furthermore, we see that you are solution-oriented and have an ease communicating with both technical specialists and users and business representatives.
