The Swedish Social Insurance Agency has an important mission for society. We develop our case management with a focus on individuals' different needs and circumstances. At the same time, we work to prevent fraud and misuse of social insurance. The FV Division provides financial security for people with disabilities by deciding on and disbursing care allowances, cost reimbursements, vehicle grants, disability allowances, family support benefits, and infectious disease carrier allowances, among others.
Business Development, Development and Management
As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to realizing the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's vision and business concept. You also have a responsibility to identify development needs and convert them into concrete activities.
The position involves monitoring and staying well-informed about current societal developments relevant to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and analyzing potential consequences for operations. The work also includes participating in various networks and, among other things, taking part in preparations, business planning, and annual reports. The position requires handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong security awareness.

hold a university degree or have experience and qualifications that can be assessed as equivalent
have experience working in business development
have very good knowledge of change and development processes
have good experience participating in projects and various forms of collaboration
take initiative on your own and take responsibility for achieving good results

can understand and analyze complex issues
bring innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
work effectively with others to achieve common goals
have good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Other Information
One position, permanent, full-time, starting date by agreement. Probation may be relevant. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be hired for such a position, you must pass a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
