Försäkringskassan has an important social mission. We develop our case management with a focus on the different needs and circumstances of individuals. At the same time, we work to prevent fraud and misuse of social insurance. The FV Department provides economic security to people with disabilities by deciding and paying out, among other things, care allowances, extra cost compensation, car allowances, disability compensation, family care benefits, and disease carrier allowances.
Business Development, Development and Management
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to realizing Försäkringskassan's vision and mission. You also have a responsibility to identify development needs and translate them into concrete activities.
The position involves monitoring and staying well informed about current societal developments relevant to Försäkringskassan and analyzing potential consequences for operations. The work also includes participating in various networks and, among other things, taking part in consultations, business planning, and annual reports. The position involves handling confidential information, which requires high standards of proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong security awareness.

have a university degree or experience and qualifications that can be assessed as equivalent
have experience working with business development
have very good knowledge of change and development processes
have good experience participating in projects and various forms of collaboration
take initiative on your own and take responsibility for achieving good results
have the ability to build a useful network
can understand and analyze complex issues
come up with innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
work effectively with others to reach common goals
have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
It is an advantage if you
have experience working in a similar business area
have experience with agile working methods
have worked with digitalization and automation
have experience with process development
have knowledge of AI in relation to business development.

Other Information
One position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Probation may be applicable. Certain positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, you must pass a security vetting according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. The possibility of remote work is available if the work permits.
