JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to contribute to safer business operations and stronger protection against economic crime? We are now seeking a business development manager who wants to be part of developing Bolagsverket's crime prevention work.
With us, you will have the opportunity, together with other authorities and societal stakeholders, to develop working methods, collaboration, and strategies that strengthen crime prevention efforts.
Our crime prevention department is in a development phase where you will have the opportunity to help shape structures, working methods, and processes in important and exciting development work.
You will be part of the unit responsible for analysis and collaboration within Bolagsverket's crime prevention work at the strategic and tactical level. The unit drives and participates in inter-agency assignments, government assignments, and internal development initiatives to strengthen the authority's crime prevention capabilities.
As a business development manager, you will
• collaborate with other authorities to develop common methods, working approaches, and regulatory application within the crime prevention area
• participate in and lead external collaboration assignments together with authorities and other stakeholders
• participate in and drive government assignments assigned to Bolagsverket and contribute to government assignments led by other authorities
• participate in and coordinate internal assignments to develop Bolagsverket's crime prevention work, follow up on status, drive the work forward, and collaborate with other units and departments
• work with business development through investigations and analyses that strengthen Bolagsverket's work against economic crime.
You will be part of a group with various specialist competencies where ideas and experiences are shared. You will have the opportunity to work with engaged colleagues to help develop the authority's crime prevention work while having good opportunities for your own professional development.
Bolagsverket offers several health-promoting activities and the opportunity to work remotely to some extent based on operational needs. We are located in modern facilities centrally by the harbor in Sundsvall and can also offer a workplace centrally in Stockholm.
QUALIFICATIONS
For us, it is important that you are the right person for the right position. We are looking for someone who works in a structured manner and plans your work in a thoughtful way. You have strong analytical skills and can see connections in complex information. You feel comfortable in collaborative settings and in situations where you need to make professional judgments. You are also curious and have a natural ability to acquire new knowledge and adapt to changed circumstances both within the authority and in society.
For this role, you also need to have
• an academic degree in an area relevant to the operations or equivalent knowledge and experience that the employer deems relevant
and have experience of
• leading assignments or projects over several years
• control activities within an authority or other public operations
• external collaboration with authorities, organizations, and the business sector
• analyzing, structuring, and compiling large amounts of information
• developing working methods and leading change work
• agile working methods.
You must also have good knowledge of Swedish and English and the ability to communicate clearly, pedagogically, and in a manner tailored to your audience, both orally and in writing, as well as Swedish citizenship.
We consider it a merit if you also have experience of
• structured risk management
• working with changed legal requirements and legal assessments.
