Operations Developer for Children and Youth and the Social Services Office with focus on a new social service and children and youth matters. We have initiated an exciting transition towards a new social service focused on citizens' needs and a more accessible, equitable, and knowledge-based social service. Do you want to help strengthen the quality of social work through systematic and knowledge-focused development work? As one of our operations developers is on parental leave, we are now seeking an engaged and strategic operations developer who has the ability to translate theory into practice throughout the entire social services office. About the assignment As an operations developer, you will play a central role in driving, coordinating, and supporting knowledge-based work within the social services office together with other operations developers across all our result areas and staff. Your assignment includes translating research, proven experience, and local knowledge into concrete development in daily operations. You work closely with both managers and staff and help create a learning organization where systematicity, quality, and participation are at the center. You provide support to managers and staff in anchoring and implementing knowledge governance, systematic improvement work, and approaches in line with the new legislation's intentions. Your work tasks As an operations developer, you lead and support operations in quality, improvement, and development work. This role includes, among other things: - Lead and support development and improvement work in line with national guidelines and evidence-based methods - Monitor the external environment and summarize new legislation, current research, national guidelines, and policy frameworks - Conduct workshops, training, and process support to enhance professional learning - Work with implementation and management of quality systems - Follow up on and evaluate working methods and approaches - Implement and discontinue methods and working approaches - Collaborate with the entire social services office's shared development in focus - Develop common working approaches across area boundaries, for example family-oriented approaches - Lead processes and work on process development Who are you? As an operations developer, you need relevant higher education and several years of experience in social services work within children and youth. The work involves close collaboration especially with the children and youth management group but also with other operations and quality developers within the social services office. You need to be able to work independently and with others, and you need the ability to juggle many tasks. Requirements - Relevant higher education such as social work education or other education that the employer deems relevant, for example in behavioral science or political science - Several years of experience in social services work with children and youth - Excellent collaboration skills - Independent with strong ability to drive processes, create structure, and build trust - Excellent ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing Meritorious - Documented experience in development work within social services - Knowledge of national work on knowledge governance and the transition to the new social services legislation - Experience working systematically with quality and improvement work - Comfortable supporting change work in complex environments - Analytical skills Personal characteristics: We are looking for someone who is stress-resilient and enjoys working both independently and with others.
