ABF Southeast is a newly established district operating across Småland, Blekinge, and Gotland. The district's role is to coordinate, share best practices, and work with business development to create equivalent activities throughout the country. The organization is under development, so you have great opportunities to help shape working methods and structures for a sustainable organization in the long term. The position involves work across the entire district's geographic area.

DUTIES
As a business development manager at the district level, you have a strategic, coordinating, and supportive mandate. You work to create conditions for activities, strengthen quality, equivalence, and long-term development across the entire district by supporting departments, initiating development processes, and building sustainable structures.
This is not a finished role in a finished organization. It is a role for you who thrives in change, sees possibilities in what is unfinished, and wants to help build both structure and team.
The role includes, among other things:
· Collaborate with our trade union and political member organizations
· Contribute to pedagogical development and support
· Work with the district's communication channels
· Initiate and support project applications and regional projects
· Create networks, meeting places, and structures for learning and knowledge exchange
· Collaborate with regional actors, civil society, and authorities
The focus of the role is on coordinating cross-disciplinary studies and strengthening structures, processes, and collaboration – not on conducting local activities yourself.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who want to help develop both activities and people. We see that you as an applicant have good knowledge of folk education and experience working within civil society, study organizations, or related activities.
You should have experience in business development, project management, or similar development work and possess very good digital skills. It is important that you have the ability to work strategically, in a structured manner, and long-term.
We take it as self-evident that you have very good communication skills in speaking and writing and that you are experienced with administrative systems and Microsoft365.
We place great emphasis on your personal experiences and qualities and assume that you share the labor movement's values.

B-driver's license and access to your own car.
Employment form: Permanent position.
As an employee at ABF you are covered by the employment terms specified in the Folk Movement Agreement which regulates, among other things, pension, vacation, and salary model.
Permanent full-time position, 6-month probationary period initially, goal-oriented working hours, 30 days vacation, and opportunity for wellness allowance.
