JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to combine system responsibility with strategic business development in a role where you really make a difference? We are now looking for an engaged and driven business development manager for a key role where you get to work both operatively and strategically in our most important development areas. The position is currently divided into two equally sized assignments; the distribution can be adjusted if needed: -50% Business Specialist and Service Manager for the region's deviation management system -50% Development Leader in the field of management and governance Service Manager for Synergi (50%) You have overall responsibility for our common platform for deviation management and ensure that it develops as an effective and cohesive support for operations. In the role you will: -Own and develop the overarching service and system for deviation management from a lifecycle perspective -Ensure that the system meets needs across multiple areas (e.g., healthcare, HR, environment and safety) -Establish, lead and coordinate the governance structure and development -Prioritize and plan changes together with the steering group -Capture, analyze and coordinate operational needs -Function as a central bridge between operations and technology -Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing between different operations -Support implementation, communication and benefit realization You contribute to creating a robust and quality-assured deviation management that is critical to the organization's learning and development. Development Leader Management and Governance (50%) As a development leader, you have overall responsibility for driving and coordinating development work in the field of management and governance. The area includes services and IT systems mainly directed toward finance, HR and operational planning. You will: -Lead and coordinate team leaders and business representatives -Develop and follow up development plans and activities -Ensure that established impact objectives are achieved -Work with planning, follow-up and prioritization -Have a holistic perspective on the area's services and development -Monitor the external environment and translate needs into development initiatives You are a key person in ensuring that our services support the organization's overall objectives and direction. QUALIFICATIONS Who are you? We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to business development and digital support, and who thrives in a role where you get to combine structure, coordination and development. We see that you have: -Experience in assignment management or similar coordinating role -Good understanding of process-oriented work -Experience with business-related IT systems -System and process understanding within deviation and risk management -Ability to work both strategically and operatively It is meritorious if you have experience with the Synergi system.
