We are looking for an Operations Developer!
Do you enjoy understanding how things connect and finding ways to improve them? Now we're looking for you to use and develop your experience to strengthen our work methods, processes, and digital support within the Production division.
As an Operations Developer with us, you play an important role in supporting and holding together the division's work. With a curious and strategic mindset in everything you do, you help develop, manage, and improve operations – both in the long and short term.
What you will do
Lead and ensure that management oversight and specialist expertise exist for the control systems within the Production division.
Lead implementation and development of processes, work methods, methodologies, and change initiatives in the business.
Ensure good data quality, documentation, and that new routines are followed in the business.
Drive business and operational development projects in close collaboration with the business.
Prepare analyses and identify new trends for the business's needs.

We believe you enjoy the idea of contributing to the development of production processes, and that you are experienced at leading both processes and people forward. You tackle projects and tasks in a planned manner and are comfortable making your own decisions. To avoid misunderstandings, you are clear and attentive. When the situation or project requires it, you easily change your mind and find new ways forward.
We see that you have:
A university degree in engineering, energy, or another field relevant to the position.
Several years of experience leading both processes and people forward.
A good understanding of how digital tools and systems become part of daily work.
It is a merit if you have:
Experience in energy production.
Experience with OT or IT-related operations development in the role of management or project leader.
Competence in Digitalization, Lean, or quality development.
