On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a senior Business Development Manager specializing in process development for a new financial system. This is a full-time assignment expected to start on 2026-10-01 and run through 2027-02-17. About the Assignment Would you like to be part of developing work methods and processes in a mission-critical operation? We are now looking for an experienced business development manager for an exciting assignment at an authority within societal security. In this role, you will have a central position in a project that will analyze needs, procure, and implement a new financial system. You will work closely with the organization to develop processes and create conditions for more efficient work methods, increased automation, and system support that meets the organization's future needs. The existing system support for financial accounting, payments, planning, budgeting, and financial tracking will be replaced. As part of this, the organization is conducting a review of its processes and work methods in preparation for requirements specification, procurement, and implementation of a new financial system. As a business development manager, you will be part of the project team and work with: • Conducting business and current state analyses • Leading, mapping, and documenting processes and workflows • Analyzing and coordinating organizational needs • Identifying improvement opportunities and proposing more efficient work methods • Conducting gap analyses and business modeling • Working with goal, process, and concept modeling • Facilitating analyses, workshops, and modeling sessions • Providing methodological support and meeting facilitation • Contributing support in change management • Participating in the implementation of new work methods, processes, and systems • Participating in the procurement process and contributing to the development of requirements and specifications for the upcoming procurement. Start: 2026-10-01 End: 2027-02-17 Scope: 100%, 40 hours per week Location: Stockholm or Sundsvall Background Check: This assignment is classified as security-sensitive and requires approved security clearance before assignment start. Employment Form: Employed by Devotum as the client does not accept subcontractors in this process. Work Format: Remote work is possible by agreement with the client. Travel within the scope of the assignment may occur. About You You are an experienced and self-directed business development manager with high expertise in the field. You have approximately 4–8 years of experience as a consultant in the relevant area, can take responsibility for a specific area, lead a small team, and drive your work independently. We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements: • At least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years in leading, mapping, and documenting processes and workflows • At least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years in documenting business flows using standardized process notation • At least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years in documenting processes using modeling tools • Experience in leading and coordinating work related to needs analysis. It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements: • Process notation according to BPMN 2.0 • Business modeling of financial processes, such as accounting, financial statements, budgeting, and tracking • Government finance and financial processes • Requirements specification in procurement according to LOU.
